In India, Realme has introduced its mid-range Realme 12 5G line. The Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G models are part of this series. Recall that in January, the Chinese company introduced the Realme 12 Pro series — which consists of the Realme 12 Pro 5G and the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G — in India.
Realme 12 5G Specifications
A 6.72-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz is available on the Realme 12 5G. Its vivid display, which boasts an amazing 950 nits of brightness, ensures clarity even in harsh light, enhancing outdoor use.
The Realme 12 5G has a triple camera configuration on the back, consisting of a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 108-megapixel main camera. It includes a single 8-megapixel front camera for taking selfies.
The Dimensity 6100+ chipset powers the Realme 12 5G. There are two memory variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The Realme 12 5G runs on Android 14 out of the box with the company’s realme UI 5.0 on top.
The smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W rapid charging. With active 4G on both SIM cards, the Realme 12 5G has connectivity choices including Wi-Fi, GPS, and USB Type-C.
Realme 12 5G Price in India
There are two models of the Realme 12 5G available: 8GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB, with prices of Rs 17,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively. Twilight Purple and Woodland Green are the available colour options for the smartphone. The smartphone has been made available for purchase on Flipkart and Realme.com starting March 6. In addition, the company is giving wireless buds 3 and an instant Rs 1,000 discount on ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI Cards to customers who purchase the 8GB variant.
